Udupi: “Bhavani Residency” housing complex to be inaugurated on March 31

Parkala Bhavani Builder is set to unveil their new residential complex, “Bhavani Residency”, located on the main road from MGM to Doddannagudde near Law College on March 31. The complex features 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats and the inauguration ceremony will commence at 9.15 am.

The event will be graced by Sri Kalahastendra Saraswati Mahaswamiji of Katapady Sri Anegundi Sansthan Saraswati Peetha and Trustee of Kakkunje Sri Siddhivinayak Temple, Nagapatri Kakkunje Nagananda Vasudeva Acharya. Chairman of Mandovi Builder, Dr. Jerry Vincent Dias, will serve as the chief guest and inaugurate the office.

The complex is equipped with constant water supply, STP facility, wide entrance, CCTV monitoring facilities, and security guards, making it a secure residential property. The apartments come equipped with reticulated gas connection, 1 automatic elevator of 8-person capacity, pumps, generator backup for general lights, and more.
