Udupi: A private bus driver and conductor in the coastal region of Udupi showed kindness by taking a sick girl to the hospital.

On the morning of August 5, a girl traveling from Shirva to Udupi on the ‘Naveen’ bus fell ill and started vomiting as the bus approached the old taluk office in Udupi.

Noticing this, the bus driver Shashikanth and conductor Saleem immediately drove the bus to TMA Pai Hospital. They admitted the girl to the hospital and informed her family.

The bus staff also stayed with her until her family arrived, ensuring she received medical care.

The actions of the ‘Naveen’ bus staff in Udupi have been widely appreciated.

A similar act of kindness occurred recently in Mangaluru last week.
