The Second Additional District and Sessions Court of Udupi has denied bail to the accused Praveen Chowgule in the Nejar murder case.
This decision comes after Chowgule’s second bail application, filed on March 13, was contested by special public prosecutor Shivprasad Alva on March 27.
During the court proceedings, arguments were presented by Rajesh, the lawyer representing the accused, and the special government prosecutor. After considering both sides, Judge Dinesh Hegde issued the final order rejecting the bail application.
