Udupi: Dalit leader succumbs to COVID-19

Udupi: Sundar Kappettu (52), founder of the Karnataka Dalit Sangharsh Samiti, passed away here on Sunday due to COVID-19.
Kappettu was infected with the virus a few days ago and was being treated at a private hospital here.
Sundar Kappettu was involved in various protests and social service involving Dalits.
