Udupi: District BJP to organize Padayatra in support of farm laws

Udupi: District BJP president Kuilady Suresh Nayak on Thursday, March 11 said that BJP will organize Padyatra in support of farm laws
Speaking to the reporters here, Suresh Nayak said, ” Congress is misleading the people with wrong information regarding Centre’s agriculture laws. We will organize a Padayatra during the second week of April from Byndoor to Udupi to create awareness regarding the farm laws”
“From March 20, we have decided for village stays at 32 centres. Under this, a team of 5-6 individuals will stay at the houses of BJP activists and meetings will be held at 5 pm every day. The aim is to win 26 out of 30 Zilla panchayat seats and 70 out of 85 Taluk panchayat seats,”
Talking about the Karnataka budget, Nayak said, ” Chief Minister has taken steps towards the development of the state. It is a balanced budget that focuses on the welfare of both farmers and women. He has announced special loan assistance for up to Rs two crore with a low 4 per cent interest rate for women entrepreneurs”
