Udupi: Elderly man found ill on streets; Help needed to locate family members

Udupi: An elderly man was found in a helpless condition near the National Highway at Ambalapadi Bypass.

His health worsened amid the incessant rains that lashed the district, and was found lying in a corner of the bypass. Social worker, Vishu Shetty Amabalpady, got him admitted to the district hospital after coming to know of his plight.

The man identified himself to be Narayana (75) and claimed that he has relatives living in Laxminagar in Kolalagiri.

The relatives of the man, or anyone who knows any of his relatives, have been requested to contact the Udupi district hospital in Ajjarkad.
