Udupi: Fire from short circuit damages 2 shops

Udupi: A fire broke out in two shops at the Udupi service bus stand on the morning of Wednesday, September 16.
The incident was caused by an electrical short circuit gutting both the shops. It has been estimated that there has been a loss of more than Rs 2 lakhs.
Municipal Councilor TG Hegde and town council officials visited the site.
