Manipal: Kasturba Hospital here has started a video counselling service from July 20.

Many patients are deprived of timely consultation with physicians, due to the COVID-19 restrictions. Hence, the hospital administration decided to remedy this problem with the launch of this service.

Patients can contact physicians through My Tele OPD which provides consultation at any time, anywhere and on any device. The service can be used without downloading any app and works directly on all phones.

Physicians of all departments can be contacted by phone from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Accident and Emergency Services will be operating 24 hours as usual.
