Udupi: Lifeguards rescue teenager from drowning at Malpe beach

Udupi: Lifeguards at Malpe beach saved a 16-year-old girl from drowning after she got washed away by the sea waves here.
The victim, Aishwarya, a native of Chitradurga was administered basic first aid after being pulled ashore. As she had swallowed a lot of seawater she was admitted to Manipal hospital for treatment.
The incident took place when Aishwarya was playing on the beach.
