Udupi: Man arrested for ganja consumption

Udupi: A 19-year-old man has been arrested for consumption of ganja in Polipu, Udupi on Thursday, August 25.

The arrested accused has been identified as Mohammed Afraz.

It is said that Kaup police officials noticed Ashraf wandering the streets in a suspicious manner and approached him.

They suspected him of being under the influence of drugs and he was immediately taken for a medical test.

The results concluded that the suspect was under the influence of ganja. Following this, a case was registered.
