Udupi: Man employed as nurse absconds with Rs 3,45,000; arrested by cops

Udupi town police have arrested a man, employed as a nurse for alleged theft of Rs 3,45,000 from a residence here.
The accused Praveen Kumar Jalappa Haradolla was arrested from Bagalkote and Rs 3,13,500 was seized from his possession.
The complainant, Santhosh, a resident of Puttur said that Praveen had recently been hired as a nurse for the home.
However, Praveen went missing from the residence between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM on the same day.
Later it was noticed that money totaling to Rs 3,45,000 that had been kept in residence and in the dashboard of a Bolero vehicle was missing.
A team of police personnel traced Praveen and arrested him from Bagalkote.
