Udupi: Polytechnic students ends life over trivial issue

Udupi: An 18-year-old youth committed suicide in a PG (Paying Guest) in Manipal on Monday, November 29.
The deceased has been identified as Sunil Kumar (18), a first-year mechanical diploma student of TMA Pai Polytechnic, Ishwaranagara Manipal. He is a native of Byndoor.
It is suspected that Sunil committed suicide because he did not want to stay at the PG but his parents forced him to stay there until he gets hostel accommodation. He was found hanging from the ceiling fan of his room.
A case has been registered.
