Udupi: Puttige Mutt’s Swamiji returns after recovering from COVID-19

Udupi: Sri Sugunendra Theertha Swamiji, seer of Puttige Matha, who was hospitalized after reporting positive for COVID-19, has returned to the matha after recovering from the virus.
Swamiji had tested positive for the virus on July 21 after returning from a trip to Bengaluru. He was admitted to Manipal hospital.
Swamiji has also started to be involved in the daily poojas and other rituals of the matha.
