Udupi: In a fresh twist to the sensational murder case of Vishala Ganiga which took place in a private apartment in Uppinakote, Brahmavar on Monday, July 12, Police officials suspect the victim’s husband Ramakrishna Ganiga’s involvement in the murder.
It is said that police officials have made two arrests in this connection and the accused have revealed that Ramakrishna Ganiga had ordered his wife’s murder.
However, as the investigation of the case is still going on, police officials have not released an official statement.
Vishala Ganiga (35), was strangulated with a wire on July 12. Vishala had returned on July 2 from Dubai along with her daughter.
Reportedly, on July 12, Vishala was supposed to Gangolli with her father. However, as she had some work at the bank to attend to, she assured him that she would directly meet him in Gangolli.
Vishala’s father who waited for her till sundown went to Vishala’s apartment along with his other daughter to check on her. But sadly they found her dead.
