Ujire: Petrol Bunk sealed down after woman employee tests Covid-19 positive

Ujire: After a woman employee tests positive for Covid-19, a petrol bunk in Ujire was sealed down on Saturday June 27
The 38-year-old woman is a resident of Agari in Mundaje and was on duty when the test report of coronavirus arrived on Saturday. It is said that the woman’s husband had been to Mandya before lockdown and had recently returned.
Throat swabs of more than 50 people working in Ujire market and surrounding areas, were sent for Covid-19 testing.
Also, colleagues of the woman, who were working in the same shift as her, have been placed under home quarantine.
