Ullal: Dakshina Kannada MP Captain Brijesh Chowta visited various rain-affected areas in Ullal on Sunday.
He met the family members of Yasir, who faced a disaster in Madina Nagar, and later visited sea erosion-affected areas of Ullal Mogaveerapatna and Someshwara-Uchila-Battappadi. He urged the coastal residents to be cautious.
He instructed the district officials to provide temporary arrangements for families at risk and directed them to take all necessary measures.
Ullal Taluk Tahsildar Pradeep Kurdekar, Port Engineer Praveen, Ullal Taluk Revenue Inspector Pramod, BJP District President Satish Kumpala, former President of Mysore Electricals Pvt. Ltd. Santosh Kumar Rai Boliyar, Yashwanth Ameen, and others accompanied him.
