Ullal police nab bike-borne chain snatcher within hours of theft

Mangaluru: Ullal police arrested a 28-year-old man accused of chain-snatching within hours of the incident.
Police zeroed in on the accused, identified as Sultan on the basis of the CCTV footage.
On Friday evening, the victim Nisha was returning home when the bike-borne Sultan snatched her gold chain. In the CCTV footage, Sultan could be seen riding a Bullet motorbike. Following this, the police team set up check posts at different places and also sought help from Konaje police to nab the accused.
Sultan was later arrested from a hotel in Deralakatte, where he is employed
