Ullal: Sand hauling truck topples; woman escapes from coming under

Ullal: A tipper truck transporting sand hit a coconut tree and toppled after its driver lost control of the vehicle.
The tipper also hit a part of the Devipura temple. A woman who was coming out of the temple at the same moment miraculously escaped.
Locals allege that the truck was illegally carrying sand to Kerala. As checkposts opened on the highways at the State’s border with a lot of police personnel, the driver decided to take interior roads.
