Unconventional sports festival in MAHE

Manipal: Centre for Sports Science, Medicine and Research along with Sports Council, MAHE will organize an unconventional sport festival- ‘Azionare 2019- Bale Gobuga’, today, February 24, 2019, at KMC Greens here from 4 pm onwards.
This event aims to promote physical activity and sports culture among all age groups. The event will also be used to raise funds to support underprivileged schools in and around Manipal and Udupi district with basic sports infrastructure and equipment.
The theme for Azionare is ‘Revisting your childhood’. As the theme suggests, it is an event for all ages, encouraging everyone to be physically active via the fun medium. Also suggesting, to be physically fit an expensive gym membership is not required.
The festival will be a mega sports carnival with games like lagori, dog and the bone, dodge ball, brick race, bunny hop and many more such exciting games.
