Unidentified miscreants felt stones at Ganesh Utsav pandal

Belagavi: Unidentified miscreants pelted stones at a Ganesh Utsav pandal in Bhendi Bazaar in Belagavi.

Apart from the pandal, stones were also pelted at a few parked cars in the vicinity. Though the police rushed to the spot, the culprits managed to flee. 

However, the CCTV which was installed in the area has captured two persons in the act of vandalism.

The police have deployed additional personnel to thwart any untoward incidents.

MLA Anil Benke and office-bearers of Ganesh Utsav Mandals condemned the incident and sought stern action against the suspects. The Market police have registered a case.
