Unlock 3.0: Karnataka government issues guidelines

Karnataka government has released guidelines for phased opening in Karnataka. There will no night curfew from 1 August 2020
As per the new guidelines Schools, colleges, educational and coaching institutions will remain closed till 3l st August, 2020. However, government said that Online learning will continue till school reopens
Cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres, auditoriums and assembly halls will remain shut. Yoga institutes and gymnasiums will be allowed to function from 5th August 2020
Also, international travel, metro rail and social, political and entertainment functions are also banned. Independence day functions at State, Districts, Sub-Divisions, Taluks,Municipal and Panchayat levels will be allowed by following strict social distancing measures.
However, Lockdown will continue to remain in force in the Containment Zones till 3l’t August,2020 and only essential activities shall be allowed.
As per the guideline, There will be no restriction on inter-State and intra-State movement of persons and goods and no prior permission is required.
Persons above 65 years of age, pregnant women, and children below the age of l0 years are advised to stay at home,
