UP: Missing man found dead

Muzaffarnagar: A 35-year-old man, missing since Sunday, was found dead in Lisadh village in Shamli district, police said today.

The deceased was identified as Rishipal. 

The body was found last evening and sent for post mortem, they said, adding that the matter is being investigated.

In Sikanderpur village in the district, a 60-year-old man was found dead on a college’s campus yesterday. Police said the deceased was identified as Satpal, a guard at the college.

It is suspected that he died on Saturday. The body was found after the college opened yesterday, Station House Officer M S Gill said. The body was sent for post mortem.
