Uppinangady: Heavy winds and rain damage four houses, topple electric poles in Nelyadi

Severe winds and heavy rain on September 11 night caused significant damage to four houses and knocked down two electric poles in the Janata Colony area near Nelyadi, Uppinangady.
The roofs of homes belonging to Aithappa, Isubu, Babu Achary, and Lokesh were damaged by the strong winds.
Two nearby electric poles were also broken in the storm. Officials from the local Gram Panchayat and the Revenue Department visited the affected area to assess the damage and provide assistance.
