Uppinangady: A four-year-old boy who went missing after playing near his home here on Thursday was later found sleeping on the terrace of an apartment building nearby.

The boy, Ehan son of Ashraf, a tenant of a house near the Old Bus Stand, went missing and was reported to the police.

A search for him was started and a few searchers went to the four-storey residential apartment building next to Ashraf’s house. They found Ehan sleeping on the terrace of the building.

The boy while playing came to the downtown market. Traders there told him to return home as it is evening. On his way back home he lost the way and entered the nearby apartment where he fell asleep from fear and exhaustion.
