A snack served to spectators attending an American football game to support their favourite player or team has gone viral. And once you hear the explanation for this snack’s viral success, your mouth will drop.
Visitors to Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia, can purchase a $33,000 hamburger (approximately Rs. 25 lakhs). Yes, you read that correctly: a single burger costs Rs 25 lakhs. If this price is too high for you, there is a less expensive version of the burger available for $151, or Rs 11,463.
The Atlanta Braves are selling a 'World Champions Burger' that has all the fixings!
For $151, you also get a replica World Series ring with your order.
OR
For $25,000, it comes with a limited-edition World Series ring. 😳

The pricey burger was created by the stadium to honour the Atlanta Braves, an American professional baseball team headquartered in Georgia, who won the World Series in 2021. The ‘cheaper’ burger comes with a replica World Series ring, whereas the ‘expensive’ Rs 25 lakh burger comes with a limited edition championship ring. There’s a reason why the “cheaper” burger costs $151.
Because the burger represents celebration, the price is fixed at a number equivalent to the number of years since the Atlanta Braves founded a team – 151 years. The ingredients used and the condiments included in the burger make a modest impact to the burger’s high price.
A Wagyu beef patty (premium beef), fried eggs, lobster tail, truffle aioli, foie gras, Tillamook cheddar, and an heirloom tomato are all included in the burger. This delectable burger is accompanied by parmesan waffle fries.

The burger has sparked a lot of discussion on social media, with some shocked by the prices.
Look, I'll admit, I love bougie food but this is just stupid. You're not even going to taste the lobster over the beef and foie gras, edible gold has 0 flavor, too many fatty elements. Naw. https://t.co/wojY6wZJn0

Although I've never been to Atlanta, I'd rather take that $151 and go to town at the Varsity! https://t.co/S6fXq6fPUA

Stop with the gold leaf bullshit. It is a cancer to the culinary arts. https://t.co/0spz3CV5C7
