Theft of shoes, kept on display at a prominent shoe store in Virginia, USA has left authorities puzzled. The reason – the burglar made off with eight shoes meant for the right foot.
In the CCTV footage of the incident, released by the Roanoke County Police Department the burglar whose face is covered with a ski mask can be seen grabbing the shoes kept on display, at the Clean Soles shoe shop without giving thought to the fact that all of them were meant for the right foot.
“The shoes won’t serve any good unless you have two right feet,” said Rob Wickham, the person who operates the shop.
In all 13 shoes, hoodies, one jacket, and just one complete pair of sneakers were stolen from the shop.
