US patent for Alzheimer’s drug developed by Dr. Shetty

Dr. M.Vijayabhanu Shetty M. D., Dr.Krshna Life Sciences Ltd, Manipal got US patent for his Alzheimer’s and Parkinsonism drug (Patent No. : US 11,433,111 B2).
Dr. Shetty already has sixteen US patents from the director of the United States patent and trademark office in his name for his other medicines like Muneks for cancer (2patents), Insol N for diabetes (2 patents), Muniprabha for kidney disorders (2 patents), Herbotrim for metabolic disorders, Munibeyotic plus for infectious disorders, Munident for oral health care, Heartogen for cardiac ailments, Herbadict for deaddiction, Soubhagya Kalpa for uterine ailments, Munithyrone for hyper & hypo thyroidism, Hiranya Praash (2 patents) for autoimmune disorders and for a line of treatment for cancer namely Mahoshadha Kalpa.
A unique accomplishment in the history of Ayurveda, these US patents are given for a period of 20 years. Toxicity studies, animal experimentation, clinical trials and structured data of all the above drugs have been evaluated in several prestigious universities of the country.
Muniyal Ayurveda group runs undergraduate, post-graduate, and Ph.D. courses in Ayurveda, Naturopathy and yoga degree course, hospitals, herbal gardens to protect endangered species of medicinal plants, R&D, clinics and production units.
Sacitra Caraka Samhita, a word-by-word translation of Caraka Samhita from Sanskrit to English, a Muniyal Ayurveda publication, which is a useful book of reference in Ayurveda, was appreciated and released by the former President of India Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam.
