Uttarakhand Assembly polls: BJP forges ahead in 55 seats out of 70

Dehradun: The opposition BJP is leading in 55 seats in the 70-member Uttarakhand Assembly.
As per the latest trends available for 57 seats, the BJP has taken the lead in 44, the ruling Congress is ahead in 10 and Independents in three, state election office here said.
