Vande Bharat Express: First southern train arrives at Mysuru, official launch on Nov 11

Mysuru: The trial run of the first southern edition of ‘Vande Bharat Express’ successfully reached Mysuru on Monday, November 7.
The Chennai-Bengaluru-Mysuru train departed from Chennai at 5:50 AM on Monday and reached Mysuru at 12:13 PM via Bengaluru.
Officials of the South Western Railways were present.
Meanwhile, taking to Twitter, Mysuru MP Pratap Simha tweeted, “Vande Bharat arrives to Namma Mysuru! Thank you beloved PM Narendra Modi ji n RM Ashwini Vaishnaw ji”.

On Friday, November 11, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be officially flagging off the train from Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna (KSR) Railway Station, Bengaluru.
The train has 16 coaches and has seating capacity of 1128 seats and is completely air conditioned.
It incorporates several modern features along with CCTV cameras.
