Vijayapur: 50 people with suspected COVID-19 symptoms tests negative

Vijayapur: Deputy Commissioner Y.S. Patil on Saturday informed that fifty people with suspected symptoms of COVID-19 has been tested negative.

“Test results of throat swab samples of 50 people with suspected symptoms, including those who attended Nizamuddin convention were received and all of them are negative,” informed Patil.

He further added, “Not only people who have come from abroad, but those who came from the neighboring states have also been home quarantined.”

“We have set up 27 check posts in the district and those and the people who have come from neighboring districts are also been closely monitored,” he added.
