Vijayapur: ATM theft bid fails as alarm goes off: Security guard killed

Vijayapur: In a shocking incident, a gang of thieves killed a security guard in an attempt to steal the cash from the ATM in Sindhagi town.
The security guard has been identified as Rahul Rathod (22). It is said that the thieves entered the ATM located in Shahpur complex, Sindhagi to steal cash from the machine. Rahul was asleep inside the cabin and thieves attacked him with a hammer
But, when the thieves tried to break the machine, the burglary alarm went off which spooked the thieves
Police officials have inspected the spot and investigation is underway.
