Vijayapura: An ASHA worker, who was visiting houses to raise awareness on COVID-19, was attacked. The incident occurred at Hachyala village in Sindagi taluk in Vijayapura district.
Savitri Badigera, the ASHA worker, was in the village when a few women repeatedly objected to her for selectively visiting a few homes.
