Viral video: ‘Chai ice cream’ boggle minds of netizens

Ice cream is usually a favourite food item of many. Nowadays, ice creams come in a variety of flavours. Most interestingly, there are liquorish ice cream rolls available in the market along with various fruity combinations. Adding to this, another interesting yet bizarre combination of ice cream is now boggling the minds of ice cream lovers.
Tea or commonly called as ‘chai’ in India is a highly consumed beverage in the country. All though there are many flavours like ginger, lime, chocolate etc, how about ‘chai ice cream’?
Here’s a video which shows an ice cream vendor preparing one.
A Facebook user by the name Mi_nashikkar_ has posted a video, which shows a vendor creating ‘chai ice cream’ by pouring a combination of hot tea, milk and chocolate syrup on the ice pan. The vendor pours hot tea at first followed by chocolate syrup and gives it a good mix. Later he creates an ice cream roll by scraping the mixture from the ice pan. To garnish it, he tops it up with chocolate syrup.
This video has now gone viral with over 8 lakh views.
