Visually impaired Abhiram scores 99.4% in SSLC examination

Abhiram, a student of Sri Sharada Devi Andhara Vikasa Kendra, Shivamogga, scored an astounding 99.4 percent in the SSLC exam. He scored an aggregate of 619 out of the 625 in the exam.
Strikingly, Abhiram never went for any coaching classes. Aside from the lessons in the school, Abhiram says that he studied 4 -5 hours everyday. He thanks his teachers for his success.
Another factor that added to his success is that he was never pressured by his parents to study. This helped him greatly as he was stress less.
His mother plays a vital role in Abhiram’s success. He didn’t access to Braille study material. He says his mother would read the text books to him and he would memorize the lessons.
When asked about his dream, Abhiram stated, “I want to be an IAS officer and help individuals by giving good administration.” He says he began envisioning in regards to being an IAS as far back as his father educated him concerning the profession when he was in second standard.
Proud father of Abhiram, Gopal Krishna Bhagavath stated, “I am proud about my son’s accomplishment. Judging by his efforts, we hoped that he should score more that 95 percent. But we were surprised to see such good score.”
Aside from studies, Abhiram is additionally an flurist. He has performed in more than 75 occasions in the past two years. He additionally has unmistakable fascination in playing chess.
