Vitla: 65-year-old man commits suicide by hanging from tree

Vitla: A 65-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree in Kashimata Koppal on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Sanjeeva Shetty (65). Sanjeeva had gone to sleep in his room as usual on Monday night.

The next morning, family members found Sanjeeva’s body hanging from a tree and informed the police officials.

The reason for the extreme step is yet to be ascertained. A case has been registered at Vitla police station.
