Vitla: Thieves tie, gag home-alone woman and flee with valuables

Vitla: An incident of house burglary was reported from Kantadka near here.

The robbers tied the lone woman in the house and escaped with valuables in it.

The husband of the woman and their 10-year-old son had gone to the Zuma Masjid nearby when the miscreants, after learning from her that she is alone, entered the house, tied her hands, gagged her and robbed the house.

Even though the house is surrounded by other houses nobody noticed the robbery.

Vitla police station personnel have visited the site and have started an investigation.
