Vittal: A man was killed when a lorry ran over him near the KSRTC bus stand in Vittal on Friday, June 10.
The deceased has been identified as Narayan, a resident of Peruvayi village.
It is said that the incident occurred when the lorry coming from Ukkuda on Vittal road ran over the man, killing him on the spot.
Police officials arrived at the spot and conducted an inspection.
