WATCH: Fight breaks out on KLM flight over racist comment!

A video of a fight among passengers, allegedly on a KLM flight, over a racist comment has gone viral on social media.

A passenger who posted the video on Twitter (@MayaWilkinsonx) claimed that the fight broke out on the flight from Manchester to Amsterdam as one passenger passed a ‘racist’ comment on the other fellow passenger, both British nationals.

All hell broke loose as the fight ensued. The video shows two men holding a passenger down on his knees and punching him. The captain of the flight had to intervene to stop the fight.

The video has been viewed over 2 million times and 2,000 comments in a single day. The netizens were shocked at the appalling behavior mid-flight. One Twitterati wrote ‘Disgusting behavior, they will spoil it for the many.’

You may be wondering about what happened to the unruly passengers? All the six passengers involved in the brawl were arrested on landing under ‘unlawful/disruptive behaviour onboard the aircraft (Dutch Aviation Act), media reports said.

“Yesterday we had some unruly passengers on our KLM 1070 flight from Manchester to Amsterdam. The captain and cabin crew put an end to a brawl between two groups of passengers. All involved were arrested upon arrival at Schiphol Airport. No delay occurred. KLM does not tolerate aggression against employees or passengers. We apologize to our passengers who may have been affected by the incident,” media reports said KLM spokesperson as saying about the incident.
