‘We are over the Moon’ – Cricketer Jasprit Bumrah, Sanjana welcome baby boy

Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah returning to Mumbai cutting short his participation in the ongoing Asia Cup tournament citing personal reasons had created a lot of curiosity. Well, now we know the reason!

Jasprit Bumrah is now a proud Dad to a baby boy. Sanjana Ganesan, wife of Bumrah, delivered the boy on September 4. The newborn has been named ‘Angad Jasprit Bumrah’.

An ecstatic Bumrah shared the news on X (formerly Twitter), saying “Our little family has grown & our hearts are fuller than we could ever imagine! This morning we welcomed our little boy, Angad Jasprit Bumrah into the world.”

“We are over the moon and can’t wait for everything this new chapter of our lives brings with it,” he added.
