Hassan: JD(S) supremo H D Deve Gowda on Saturday accused Congress of destroying ant-graft guard dog Lokayukta.
Addressing the media in Hassan, Gowda stated, “We built up the Lokayukta foundation and you (Congress) demolished it to promote your interests.”
Gowda blamed the Congress for enjoying low level of politics and that the general population would not have faith in their proclamation.
“Unfit to process the rising prevalence of the JD(S), the Congress is making false claims like the JD(S) has united with the BJP.”
“You didn’t do anything when in power for the farmers, daily wagers and the poor segments of the soceity. By what means can the public rest their confidence on your pronouncement,” Gowda stated, alluding to the Congress manifesto, which was released on Friday.
He included, “PM Narendra Modi has lost his respect. Modi factor won’t have any effect in the state.”
“Siddaramaiah says that he will proceed as chief minister, Yeddyurappa claims that he will be the next chief minister. Give the state copulation a chance to choose a better chief minister,” Gowda said.
“Siddaramaiah has Intelligence report. He chose to challenge from Badami after the Intelligence report gave thumbs down for Chamundeshwari,” he said.
To a question on Congress’ Muslim vote bank, Gowda stated, “Has Congress embraced the Muslims,” he inquired.
Party state president H D Kumaraswamy has settled my visit agenda. Likewise, “I will campaign at 40 voting demographics over the state. I will visit my home town for two days. We don’t have star campaigners. BSP boss Mayawati, Telangana CM Chandrashekar Rao and Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu have asked the voters in the state to vote the territorial outfit to control,” Gowda said.
I have told Prajwal (Revanna’s child) to visit Hassan region widely and ensure the party win in each of the six segmentsa, Gowda said.
