Bengaluru: Karnataka Congress President DK Shivakumar on Sunday said that Congress leaders will get themselves tested at Nimhans hospital.
He was reacting to BJP general secretary CT Ravi’s accusations that the Congress leaders are suffering from mental illness.
The war of words has been going on between the Congress party and BJP general secretary C T Ravi over the latter’s remarks on Nehru for quite some time.
On questions regarding CT Ravi’s statement in reference to BJP’s contribution in the freedom struggle, “It is because of CT Ravi India got independence,” DKS replied sarcastically.
Further talking about the cases filed against Vinay Kulkarni and supporters, he said, ” Kulkarni is a former minister and is a part of Congress party. I am happy that cases have been booked against him for violating Covid norms. But why no cases have been filed against BJP leaders participating in ‘Jan Ashirwad Yatra’? The government is misusing power.”
