Well-known Congress leader Jayaraj Jain Elika commits suicide

Puttur: A well-known Congress leader, Jayaraj Jain Elika, resident of Elika of Narimogaru village in the taluk has committed suicide on Sunday morning June 16.
Mr Elika was found hanging from a tree near his house. He was 65. Mr Elika is survived by his wife and a son.
The deceased was also the vice-president of Puttur Koti Chennaya Jodukare Kambala Samiti and president of welcoming committee.
