Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has said that the government will soon call for a meeting with Uttar Karnataka Sangha Samsthegala Maha Samsthe and discuss providing more facilities to the North Karnataka people residing in Bengaluru city.
Addressing the media on Sunday he said, “We have already allotted three acres 24 cents land at Kammasandra to Uttar Karnataka Sangha Samsthegala Maha Samsthe. We will work towards providing basic infrastructural facilities like housing, community halls, etc., to the people of Uttara Karnataka coming to Bengaluru city”.
Meanwhile, the president of Uttar Karnataka Sangha Samsthegala Maha Samsthe Shivakumar Meti thanked CM Bommai for taking the initiative for the betterment of the Uttara Karnataka people.
