WGSHA’s Rice Packet Challenge on March 23

Manipal: Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration will hold ‘Rice Packet Challenge’ on March 23, 2018 at KMC Greens here at 9 A.M. A student initiative it was held successfully last year and this year, the students are hoping that it will be better.  The ‘Rice Packet Challenge’ is an event held to support the underprivileged section of the society by collecting funds and contributing rice to selected organisations. 

With support from the Principal WGSHA, Prof. G. Parvadhavardhini and the vice principal, Chef K. Thiru, last year over 300 students contributed to the cause and the students were able to acquire 1000 kg of rice which was given to Vishwasada Mane, an orphanage at Shankarapura.
