What happens if Donald Trump refuses to leave the White House?

Joe Biden is projected to win the US Presidential polls and has already crossed the majority mark but Donald Trump has refused to acknowledge it.
According to the 20th Amendment, Trump’s term will end at noon on Jan. 20, 2021, at which time he would officially pass his commander-in-chief authority to Biden.
Even if he disagrees with the results, he’d almost certainly be removed from the White House
If Donald Trump refuses to leave White House even after Joe Biden’s inauguration, then, as President, Biden would have “power to direct Secret Service to physically remove Trump from White House”, said Barbara McQuade.
McQuade served as US attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan from 2010 to 2017. Trump could also be criminally charged for trespassing on government property.
