Whatsapp Business users can now sync data from their Facebook pages

WhatsApp Business users can now link their account with the company’s Facebook page to the account in order to directly sync relevant information

WhatsApp Business was only available on Android devices before it was rolled out for iOS users in July 2019. To link their data, companies that use WhatsApp Business can link their Facebook page and choose to sync details such as business hours, location addresses, website links, among other details.

In order to link the Facebook page, WhatsApp Business users need to go to Settings > Linked Accounts. Users can also choose more than one category for their business by going to Settings > Business Profile > Edit Profile > Categories

It will also allow businesses to run Facebook ads that click to WhatsApp and business owners can speed up their online workload
