COVID-19, a global pandemic which leads to a respiratory illness that can be transmitted from droplets of bodily fluids has now been reported in at least 185 countries.
Many countries currently are under a lockdown and are practicing social distancing.
But a few countries have not reported a single case of Covid-19. The countries are Comoros, Kiribati, Lesotho, Marshall Island, Micronesia, Nauru, North Korea, Palau, Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Solomon Islands, Tajikistan, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Vanuatu
Some of the countries, restricted travel and taken measures to prevent the arrival of the virus and Micronesia and Solomon Islands, declared a public health emergency.
However, North Korea has not reported any cases of COVID-19, although it had also taken preventive measures. However, its high degree of secrecy, lack of testing and weak healthcare system makes us question as to whether the country has no cases of Covid-19 or are they maintaining secrecy.
