Who is farmers friend? Students asked to choose from BSY, HDK & earthworms in exam ppr

Bengaluru: A class VIII Kannada exam paper has reportedly gone viral over social media for a rather unusual reason.

A question, “Who is the friend of a farmer?”, posed to the students of a Bengaluru-based high school, carried three options – Earthworms, Kumaraswamy and Yeddyurappa.

While the answer undoubtedly is the earthworm, the mention of politician names just hints that the poll fever that has engulfed the nation has not even spared the school examinations.
