Will announce farm loan waiver soon: CM Kumaraswamy

Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today said that his government is dealing with the modalities of farm loan waivers. 

On twitter, the Chief Minister said he wants to ensure that the loan waiver is produced from a scientifically procured process with the goal that it might profit most number of farmers. 

Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy said he is dealing with the modalities and will announce it soon. 

Days after taking oath as the Chief Minister of Karnataka, H D Kumaraswamy met delegates of farmers in Bengaluru and examined the issues faced by them. 

“This government isn’t in the sleeping mode. We are working hard for the people of  Karnataka,” Kumaraswamy said after the meeting of farmer pioneers, top officials and the BJP to draw up the contours of the loan waiver.
