Woman’s body found floating in Nandini River near Mulki

Haleyangadi: On Thursday the body of a woman was found floating in the Nandini River of Hogegudde, falling under Padupanambur Gram Panchayat jurisdiction near Mulki.
As per the reports, the woman is expected to be around 80 years.
The locals on seeing the body floating in the river had contacted the president of the Padupanambur Gram Panchayat, Manjula. She reached the spot and informed Mulki Police.
Later, the body was lifted with the help of locals and police.
It is learned that the body might have floated from Pavanje to Hogegudde.
